Welcome to Alexander Technique in the City. We are four experienced practitioners who work in the heart of the City. Our practice is in London Wall, between Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations.

The Alexander Technique:

  • Improves posture, makes you appear and feel more poised and confident

  • Alleviates RSI (repetitive strain injury)

  • Eases symptoms of stress such as headaches, fatigue, anxiety, breathing problems

  • Helps with public speaking, presentation skills and performing arts

  • Promotes a more comfortable pregnancy and an easier labour

A recent major clinical trial (funded by the Medical Research Council and the NHS) has shown that the Alexander Technique lessons provide significant and important long-term benefit for chronic low back pain sufferers.
